Swim & Survive – how we track your child
We follow the RLSAA Swim & Survive LTS program. This provides a range of levels for your child to progress through as they learn new skills. We also provide you with regular updates on where your child is at, and recognise their achievement with our unique “Ring the Bell” process.
You can track progress in your log book and ribbons are handed out as your child passes each level.
The Swim & Survive program is age based in the Infants levels and then moves to a skills-based approach.

Primary
From 4.5 years and up. Skill based progression following the RLSSA Swim & Survive Program. The classes move to our 25 metre pool heated to 30 degrees. Parents no longer need to be in the water and small class sizes of 4 in our beginner levels allow high levels of individual teacher contact with each child.
Marlin Squad
This is our more advanced program for competent swimmers and includes some pre competition skills and advanced stroke development. We also have a non competitive “Aquatic Fitness for Fun” stream.
Private one to one lessons are also available.
Programs
We run all our programs 7 days per week, excluding public holidays.
Baby Bonding
A 20 minute lesson for 3 – 6 month olds that teaches you how to introduce your baby to the joys of water and how to practice introductory skills when bathing at home. This is also a great way to bond with your new baby.
Infants
A 30 minute lesson held in our new purpose built Infants pool, heated to 33 degrees with shallow ledges and water depths to suit children of this age. Parents are in the water with the child and classes are age based up to 4 years, then skills based after that.
